1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website (the "Website"), operated by Senses Outdoor Living B.V., a private limited company (besloten vennootschap) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 95775552, with its registered office at Anna van Saksenlaan 30, 2593 HT 's-Gravenhage, the Netherlands ("Senses Outdoor Living", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Use of the website
The Website is intended to provide information about Senses Outdoor Living's design, build and care services for outdoor living environments, and to allow visitors to request information, submit enquiries or apply for an invitation to the Senses Circle. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by, any third party.
You may not:
use the Website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or impairment of its availability or accessibility;
use the Website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;

Descriptions of projects, materials and services are indicative and may be adjusted as our work and offering evolve.
