("Senses Outdoor Living", "we", "us" or "our"), a private limited company (besloten vennootschap) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 95775552, with its registered office at Anna van Saksenlaan 30, 2593 HT 's-Gravenhage, the Netherlands, is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data that you provide to us directly, for example when you:

• send us an enquiry or request information through a contact form (name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message);

• request an invitation to the Senses Circle (name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message); or

• otherwise contact us by email, telephone or post.

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit our website, such as the pages you view, via the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we process your personal data

We process your personal data to:

• respond to your enquiries and requests for information;

• process invitation requests to the Senses Circle;

• maintain and improve our website and understand how it is used; and

• where you have given consent, show you relevant content and advertising on Meta's platforms.

We process your personal data on the basis of:

• your consent, for example when you submit a form or accept marketing cookies;

• our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our website; and

We do not sell your personal data. We may share personal data with:

• service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our hosting and email providers, under a data processing agreement;

• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, via the Meta Pixel, for the marketing purposes described in our Cookie Policy, where you have given consent; and

• authorities or advisors, where we are required to do so by law.
